Tube and Steel Supplies Ltd are proud to announce that we are now a supplier of Stainless Steel 304 & 316 dairy pipework. Our new stock includes Hygienic Pipe, Valves, Fittings (Such as Tees, Elbows and Reducers) Flanges and Hoses.
Stainless Steel Hygienic Flanges
Whether you are looking for a slip on or blind flange we have both grades of 304 and 316 stainless steel flanges in stock to suit our hygienic dairy pipework. We also have capabilities to machine flanges out to suit non-standard pipe dimensions. We also supply stainless steel bolts and EPDM, Nitrile and PTFE gaskets to suit our flanges.
Our flanges are to suit a variety of tables including;
• PN6 - Slip on plate, Slip on Bossed, Socket Weld, Weld Neck, Threaded (Screwed) BSP or NPT, Blind / Blanking flange.
• PN10 - Slip on plate, Slip on Bossed, Socket Weld, Weld Neck, Threaded (Screwed) BSP or NPT, Blind / Blanking flange.

Generally our flanges will come with a raised face (RF) however we can also offer flat faced (FF) flanges either machined or from stock.
To compliment our stainless steel flange range we are also able to supply Carbon Steel, Chrome Moly, PVC and ABS plastics, galvanized backing rings and stub flanges in stainless steel and plastic.
Stainless Steel Hygienic Valves

As standard our hygienic pipe is supplied as imperial and is often referred to as 'OD' or 'inch' however we also offer the DIN11850 metric dimensions as an alternative. Our dairy tube is stocked in bead rolled condition in either 304 or 316 with a dull polished outside finish and descaled on the inside. From stock we offer our dairy pipe descaled and manufactured to EN10357 standard with fully annealed as an alternative option with a fast delivery turnaround.
