What are your opening hours?

We are open 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday

How do I pay?

We accept payments via cash, cheque, BACS and all major credit and debit cards. Trade accounts are available
to companies who qualify.

How do I open a trade account?

Please contact our accounts department with your company reg no.

Is there a minimum order charge?

No. However please consider the cost of processing materials, invoicing and staff time etc.

Do I have to purchase full lengths of steel?

No. TSS will cut to your requirements from out stock lengths.

What is your saw cutting tolerance?

Our standard saw tolerance is -0/+2mm, however we can set up to cut -0/+1mm on application.

Can I collect from your works?

Yes. Please contact a member of staff to advise prior to collection.

Where can you deliver?

TSS supply nationwide and export internationally.

What lead time should I expect on my order?

TSS pride ourselves on our flexibility. Our standard lead time for stock items is 2 - 3 working days, for non standard
stock the average lead time is around 7 working days. We often also provide specials with both same day and next
day delivery services available.

Can you send me a brochure?

Brochures are available from our downloads page. Please check back often as new brochures are frequently
updated. If you are unable to view .PDF files, please contact our sales team to request a hardcopy brochure.

Can you come to site to conduct a survey?

Yes. Please contact a member of staff for more details.

Can I visit your works?

Yes. Our trade counter is open to everyone.
